Walls- "Smart Living Walls" PDF Print E-mail

SCIPS were orignally developed back in 1949 to install low-cost walls and fencing to help protect life and property. Today, they can be implemented in the most unlikely of places. Sometimes it is very difficult to have a wall installed in certain locations. For example, down a steep slope or over rough terrain would be difficult to install a footing for support. This is where a "Smart Living Wall" comes into play. They can be installed using posts or rebar while attaching them with small amounts of concrete. Once the Shot crete is applied, they can be finished like any other block type of wall using a stucco or stone finished look.
