We provide detailed estimates that reduce the possibility of unforeseen costs and change orders and prior to commencing construction services, we work with each client to help establish a budget for services provided. We can also help with basic design and drawings to keep a client’s costs down for smaller projects.  APS can also help our clients obtain all necessary permits (if needed) to complete the project. In addition, we provide outlined schedules for each client so they will have a predetermined time frame know how long a project will take and when each of the critical points of completion happen.
