A “Smart Room” is included into the design concept of each home. This is a separate room to control all of the home’s mechanical and security systems. High Tech "Smart" monitoring systems may be installed to control all of the home’s mechanical and security systems using a laptop or PDA phone from anywhere in the world. The Smart Living Home concept integrates the latest technologies into each person’s preferential lifestyle to achieve comfort and security to everyone at an affordable cost.

Different levels of finish packages are available for every homeowner and allows them to choose the level of technology and security they feel comfortable with for their lifestyle and merge this with the budget they wish to achieve.
