MISSION STATEMENT

Our onset objective building homes the Smart Living Homes way is to primarily educate America to build homes smarter, greener and more energy efficient.  Our hope is that building homes in this manner will become the blueprint for building homes in America.  As we educate and teach architects, engineers, builders and the general public this mode of building by exposing the many benefits, we hope to change the thinking of the entire building industry.  We believe in building homes smarter, greener, safer, faster, and cleaner and at comparable costs to conventional construction methods.    

Smart Living Homes are built using “Structural Concrete Insulated Panels” or (S.C.I.P.’s).  The ongoing awareness of constructing homes and buildings using energy efficient and sustainable materials has made this manner of building a most favorable and logical choice to build.  This system of building has been used in Europe for many years and we believe will become the best way to build the future of America.  Compared with other "green building" methods, SCIP building is by far the best of all the green building methods.  

The Smart Living Home design integrates the latest technology into each person’s lifestyle to provide unique comfort and security to everyone.  Each home built uses an integrated solar power system which provides all the needed energy to run each home.  A “Smart Room” is included into the design concept of each home as a separate room to house and control all of the home’s mechanical and security systems.  A High-Tech monitoring system can be installed to control all of the home’s mechanical and security systems using a computer or PDA phone from anywhere in the world.  Different levels of finish packages are available for each homeowner to allow them to choose the level of technology or security they feel comfortable with that conforms to their lifestyle.
